You want to run deliveries in your city. This guide shows you what a dispatcher does, how to try the whole system on your phone in ten minutes, and how you start earning.
What a dispatcher does
The OPU Logistics Supply Chain connects three people with three apps: a Client who needs something moved, a Driver who moves it, and you, the Dispatcher, at the desk in the middle. Every order passes through your hands. You decide which driver takes which run, you keep everyone talking, and you make sure the client gets what they ordered.
๐ฌClientplaces the order
๐งญYou ยท Dispatchapprove, assign, follow up
๐Driverpicks up and delivers
Two ways an order moves 1. You lead: a client orders, you hand the run straight to a driver. 2. The driver leads: a driver sees the order and asks for it, with a reason. You approve, or explain why not (maybe a more urgent order goes first).
Open all three apps: Client, Dispatch and Driver. Each opens in its own tab, so you can switch between them.
In each app, type any made-up name and tap ๐ง SOLO. Solo is private to your phone, and nobody else can see it.
In the Client app: add a pickup and a drop-off place, then Book a delivery for the Morning run.
Switch to Dispatch. A red banner says "1 new order awaiting dispatch". That's you being called to work.
In the Driver app: set yourself Available, find the new order and tap Give Me This Run, with a short reason.
Back in Dispatch: approve the driver's request. The run moves to the driver's Today list.
In the Driver app tap Mark Delivered. Watch the driver's 75% show up in their earnings.
Try the ๐ฌ messages in every direction: client โ dispatcher โ driver.
Solo mode is for practice only: it clears itself after 2 hours. Nothing you type is a real order.

The fee Every run has a starting fee plus a rate per kilometre, set for your city's currency. The calculator does the sums for you.
Drivers are protected The driver's 75% is set aside first. Any discount you agree with a client comes out of the desk's 25%, never the driver's share.
Finding your first clients
If it can be picked up and dropped off in your city, you can deliver it. Pick a trade you feel connected to by way of people in that industry or just passionate with and create your own clientele.
When you're ready to try it with real people, the Client app has ๐ฅ TEAM โ Start Team.
It gives you a Dispatcher link, a Driver link and a Client link. Send each person their own link by WhatsApp.
Everyone opens their link on their own phone, laptop or PC and experience the connection.
A team room lasts 7 days, which is enough for a full test week with a real client and driver.
Three ways to run it
1City PartnerNo upfront cost. You run on OPU's system and every trip is split. Free fixes for as long as you stay.
2City LicenseBuy your city's copy once and run it on your own system. Free fixes for one year.
3White LabelYour name, logo and colours on all three apps.
See the full License Tiers page โ Every tier is one city per agreement. You own your copy, not the product: no reselling and no copying to other cities. Pricing for tiers 2 and 3 is shared in a private conversation.
