Driver App — SFSupply

Your personal work app as a SFSupply driver. Your runs, your earnings, your map, and your rights — all in one place.

🚀 HOW TO USE THIS APP

⚠️ Required: To use the SFDriver app, your phone must have an active internet connection / data.

1. The first time you open the app, tap the 👤 My Details button on the home screen. Fill in your details: My Name, My Phone, My Vehicle Type, and My Plate Number. This is critical for your safety.

2. Every morning — answer YES or NO to the availability question. The Dispatcher sees your answer immediately.

3. Check your runs under TODAY, TOMORROW and UPCOMING. Tap Delivered after each run is completed.

4. When you start a run — open WhatsApp → SFSupply Fleet 🚗 group → Turn on Live Location for 8 hours.

How to Fill in My Details:

Step 1: On the Home screen, tap the 👤 My Details card
Step 2: A form will open — fill in all your details
Step 3: Tap Confirm Registration — your details are saved

🗺️ HOW TO USE THE MAP

1. Tap the 🗺️ Map button at the bottom of the screen

2. The map opens — GPS begins finding your location

3. A blue dot shows My Location

4. Select the run you want from the list

5. A 🏨 icon appears on the map at the delivery hotel

6. Tap Navigate — Google Maps opens with full directions

⚠️ You must have internet (data) for the map to work.

3. Your location is sent immediately via WhatsApp

Remember: Share WhatsApp Live Location the moment you start any run — for your safety and the safety of the goods.

📱 WHATSAPP LIVE LOCATION — DAILY PROTOCOL

Step 1: Open WhatsApp

Step 2: Go to the "SFSupply Fleet 🚗" group

Step 3: Tap 📎 → Location → Share Live Location → 8 Hours

Step 4: Send to the group

Step 5: When your run ends — stop sharing your location

This is for your safety. Not control — it is protection.

🛡️ YOUR RIGHTS AS A DRIVER

Discount negotiations on transport fees are between the Client and SFSupply only. Your earnings are always protected — you as the driver receive 75% of every run before any discount is applied.

Example: Total charge 40 USD → You receive 30 USD · SFSupply receives 10 USD.

Schedule: Morning 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM · Afternoon 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM

If you have any issue regarding your payment — contact the Dispatcher immediately.

💾 BACKUP YOUR DATA

Go to Profile → Backup Data → Download File → Save to your phone or send it to yourself on WhatsApp or email.

⚠️ Never clear your browser data without saving a backup first — your runs and earnings will be permanently lost.
